About hand-wound watch:

A hand-winding mechanism in a watch refers to the process of manually winding the mainspring of a mechanical watch to power it. This type of mechanism is found in manual mechanical watches, which require periodic winding to maintain their operation.

Most hand-wound mechanical watches typically have a power reserve ranging from 24 hours to several days. This means that after a full winding, the watch can operate continuously for at least a day or more before requiring another winding.
