There’s something deeply comforting about these.
Not dramatic. Not demanding.
But quietly… captivating.—
She reaches for them without thinking.
On mornings that feel soft, unhurried.
Or even on days that need a little grounding.A perfect round—2.8 cm of presence—
framed in textured gold, almost like an antique coin,
holding at its centre a swirling blue enamel…like a memory caught mid-motion.
Like water just before it settles. They don’t move.
But they hold attention.—
The woman who wears these…
She doesn’t always need length, or drama, or movement.
Sometimes, she chooses stillness. She understands that a single, well-chosen detail—
placed exactly where it should be—
can say far more than excess ever could. These are her kind of earrings.
Grounded. Thoughtful. Beautiful without effort.—
Designed by Frank Usher, known for his refined yet expressive approach to women’s dressing, these studs reflect the 1980s sensibility—bold forms made wearable, statement distilled into simplicity. They carry that rare balance of presence and restraint.

Provenance
These earrings come from a remarkable discovery — deadstock from a historic London jewellery warehouse that closed its doors in the late 1980s. Decades later, the warehouse was rediscovered and reopened, revealing untouched vintage inventory preserved exactly as it was when the business ceased operations.
Today, this archive supplies rare pieces to film and production houses such as Bridgerton, Joan, and other major costume productions, alongside a select circle of vintage dealers.
To encounter such pieces in unworn condition after more than four decades is exceptionally rare.
