She doesn’t reach for these on ordinary days.
And yet—when she does, the day quietly shifts around her.

A deep cherry red—almost molten in the light—rests at the centre, encased in intricate gold filigree that feels less manufactured and more… discovered. The kind of detail that comes from a time when jewellery was meant to be noticed, but never explained.

She chooses pieces like this instinctively.
Not for attention—but because she understands presence.
The richness of colour.
The quiet authority of gold.
The kind of beauty that doesn’t ask, only exists.

And when she wears them—
there’s always that moment.
A pause. A second glance.
Someone almost asks… then doesn’t.

Because pieces like these don’t invite conversation.
They hold it.

Sourced from a London warehouse, untouched since the 1980s, this Frank Usher pair carries that unmistakable era—bold, sculptural, and unapologetically expressive.

Despite their presence, they are surprisingly effortless.
Clip-ons, yes—but from a time that understood comfort.
They sit gently on the ear, designed to hold, not pinch—meant to be worn for hours, never rushed to be taken off.

Deadstock. Never pre-owned.

Styled, the way she would:
– With a crisp white shirt, hair pulled back—letting the red speak
– With black silk in the evening—no necklace, just these
– Or with a soft sari—where the gold finds its echo, and the red becomes the moment

Because she doesn’t dress for occasions.
She creates them.

London Vintage — Custodians of Vintage Rarity

Provenance

These earrings come from a remarkable discovery — deadstock from a historic London jewellery warehouse that closed its doors in the late 1980s. Decades later, the warehouse was rediscovered and reopened, revealing untouched vintage inventory preserved exactly as it was when the business ceased operations.

Today, this archive supplies rare pieces to film and production houses such as Bridgerton, Joan, and other major costume productions, alongside a select circle of vintage dealers.

To encounter such pieces in unworn condition after more than four decades is exceptionally rare.
